Saw "Bender's Big Score" (a Futurama video) last night. there were Torgo references galore.

I am assuming that is this Torgo, as I know no other Torgo that would be referenced.

But, why? I probably didn't catch it.

I've heard Matt Groening is a big Mystery Science Theater 3000 fan, and "Manos" [/i]is one of the most popular episodes of MST3K, after all.

And besides, "Futurama" pays tribute to all sorts of science-fiction shows from all different eras. They've even referenced MST3K on one previous occasion (Crow and Servo appear in a movie theater during 2ACV08 "Raging Bender"), so I don't see why they wouldn't do it again.

I just noticed a little Amazon advertisement on the site for Manos (the non-MST3K version). The price for a new DVD was $3.39 and for a used one $7.64. One of the few cases where a new one of something is cheaper than a used one.
The cab of the agonies is a continuous search in some from falschsten films, when humanity must offer and for the weak of the spirit or from is not easily discouraged. However if you think, have itself courage to submerge itself in a really terrible film completely which is described exactly against the comment and the analysis, then the cab of the agonies are steady, are the workstation for they because the Spock mirror would display, can you it even find, in order to be the most relevant means of the discipline.
